Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 17 October 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through the Seven Hair website. By placing an order with Seven Hair, you agree to the terms set out below.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before completing your purchase. They explain how orders are accepted, how our products are prepared and delivered, when cancellations and returns may be permitted, and how complaints and payment disputes are handled.

Business details

Trading name: Seven Hair

Business email: contact.sevenhair@gmail.com

In these Terms & Conditions, “Seven Hair”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating under the Seven Hair trading name. “Customer”, “you” and “your” refer to the person placing an order with us.

1. Acceptance of an Order

1.1. When you place an order through our website, you are submitting an offer to purchase the products selected at the prices displayed at checkout.

1.2. An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order or that production has begun.

1.3. An order is accepted when Seven Hair confirms acceptance by email or other written communication, or when we otherwise clearly communicate that the order has been accepted.

1.4. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including suspected fraudulent activity, suspected payment fraud, an incorrect listing or pricing error, unavailable stock, or an inability to fulfil the order.

1.5. If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund any amount due for the cancelled order using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

1.6. Customers are responsible for checking their selected unit, texture, length, lace type, colour, density, cap size and any other available specifications before completing checkout.

1.7. Once an order has been accepted, changes to the product, specifications or delivery address cannot be guaranteed. Any requested change must be submitted promptly and confirmed by Seven Hair in writing via email.

1.8. We will not be responsible for a customer’s failure to check their order confirmation or for an incorrect selection made by the customer, except where the issue results from our own error or where the law provides otherwise.

2. Product Information and Hair Specifications

2.1. Seven Hair sells wigs and hair extensions/bundles in a range of textures, lengths, colours, lace types and styles.

2.2. Product photographs, videos and descriptions are provided to help customers understand the appearance and characteristics of each unit. Minor differences in lighting, screen settings, styling, curl pattern, texture or appearance may occur.

2.3. Hair is a natural material. Units of the same texture or length may display minor natural variations. Such variations do not automatically mean that a product is faulty or not as described.

2.4. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and specifications are accurate. If a unit materially differs from its description or agreed specifications, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

2.5. Customers should select their units carefully. If you are uncertain about a product’s specifications, please contact us before placing your order.

2.6. Any specific product feature expressly promised in the product listing or confirmed in writing forms part of the agreement between Seven Hair and the customer.

3. Production and Processing Times

3.1. ALL Seven Hair products require production, transportation to our headquarters, quality-control checks and final dispatch preparation before they can be shipped.

3.2. Our current estimated production and fulfilment timelines for units are as follows:

Standard 1B units

  • Approximately 3 days for production.
  • Approximately 2–4 days for the unit to arrive at our headquarters.
  • Approximately 2 days for quality-control checks.
  • Approximately 1 day for dispatch via Royal Mail First Class, or the applicable advertised first-class service.

Coloured units

  • Approximately 7 days for production.
  • Approximately 2–4 days for the unit to arrive at our headquarters.
  • Approximately 2 days for quality-control checks.
  • Approximately 1 day for dispatch via Royal Mail First Class, or the applicable advertised first-class service.

3.3. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Production, supplier transportation, quality control, weekends, bank holidays and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the overall fulfilment period.

3.4. The production and fulfilment timeline begins once payment has been successfully received and the order has been accepted, unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

3.5. The time required to make or source a unit is separate from the carrier’s delivery time. A stated production timeline must not be interpreted as a guaranteed date of arrival.

3.6. We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of material delays. If a delay becomes significant, we will communicate the available options in accordance with applicable consumer law.

3.7. We will not describe an order as dispatched until it has actually been handed to the relevant delivery service.

4. Cancellation of an Order

4.1. If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact.sevenhair@gmail.com, quoting your order number and the reason for your request.

4.2. Before an order has been accepted, you may withdraw your offer to purchase without charge.

4.3. After an order has been accepted but before production or other fulfilment work begins, we will consider cancellation requests promptly. Cancellation will be confirmed in writing where agreed.

4.4. Once production, custom colouring, personalisation or other order-specific work has started, cancellations are restricted where the order is genuinely exempt from the statutory cancellation right, including where the product is made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

4.5. A product is not automatically exempt from cancellation simply because it is made to order, sourced after purchase, or has entered production. Whether the statutory cancellation right applies depends on the nature of the product and the applicable law.

4.6. Where a statutory cancellation right does not apply, and an order-specific cancellation is permitted at our discretion, we may consider reasonable costs already incurred where legally permitted. We will not impose an arbitrary cancellation fee or retain payment where doing so would breach consumer law.

4.7. For products that remain subject to the statutory right to cancel, customers retain that right even if production or fulfilment has started, subject to any applicable legal rules. Where relevant, a deduction for diminished value or a charge for a service already begun will only be made when the legal requirements for that deduction or charge have been met.

4.8. If Seven Hair cancels an accepted order, we will notify the customer and refund any amount due for the cancelled order.

4.9. Nothing in this section removes a customer’s right to cancel because of a serious delay, breach of contract or other circumstance where cancellation or a refund is available under applicable law.

5. Delivery and Shipping

5.1. Orders will be dispatched to the delivery address supplied by the customer at checkout, unless a change has been agreed and confirmed by Seven Hair in writing via email.

5.2. Customers must ensure that their delivery details are complete and accurate, including their full name, house or flat number, street, postcode and any relevant delivery instructions.

5.3. We currently aim to dispatch eligible orders using the advertised first-class shipping service once production, delivery to headquarters and quality-control checks have been completed.

5.4. The delivery service and estimated delivery timeframe displayed at checkout or communicated in the order confirmation will apply to the relevant order. Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated as such.

5.5. Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided when the order is dispatched or becomes available from the carrier.

5.6. A tracking status of “delivered” is relevant evidence of delivery but does not, by itself, resolve every dispute. If you believe your parcel has not arrived, please contact us so that we can investigate.

5.7. If an order is delayed, lost, damaged or delivered to the wrong address, please contact us promptly. We may request your order number, tracking details, confirmation of the delivery address and any other information reasonably required to investigate the matter.

5.8. We will investigate delivery problems and liaise with the carrier where appropriate. We will comply with our legal obligations regarding delivery, loss and risk. We will not automatically treat a parcel as the customer’s responsibility merely because it has been marked as dispatched or delivered.

5.9. If you provide an incorrect address, fail to update us about an agreed address change, or fail to collect or accept a parcel, we may assist with a carrier investigation or return-to-sender process. Any additional costs or redelivery arrangements will be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable law.

5.10. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, carrier disruption or customs delays. However, this does not remove any rights you may have to cancel or obtain a refund under consumer law.

5.11. For international orders, the customer may be responsible for applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges where these are disclosed and legally payable by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds Policy

6.1. We want customers to be satisfied with their Seven Hair purchases. Return and refund requests will be assessed according to this policy and the customer’s statutory rights.

6.2. Change-of-mind returns

For online purchases, customers generally have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, unless a legal exception applies. Customers then generally have a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying us of cancellation.

This right does not apply to goods that are genuinely made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, where the statutory exception applies. It is the nature of the individual order, rather than the fact that it is a wig or made after purchase, that determines whether the exception applies.

Where the statutory cancellation right applies:

  • You must notify us clearly of your decision to cancel within the applicable cancellation period.
  • You must return the goods within the applicable return period.
  • You may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods if we informed you of this before purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed within the applicable legal timeframe, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  • Where legally permitted, we may deduct an amount reflecting any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods as you would in a shop.

6.3. Hygiene and condition of returned units

6.3.1. For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, customers should inspect their unit carefully without wearing, installing, cutting, colouring, bleaching, washing, altering or otherwise using it.

6.3.2. Returned units should include all original packaging, accessories, tags and hygiene seals where applicable.

6.3.3. We may refuse a change-of-mind return where the statutory cancellation right does not apply or where the law permits us to do so. Where a statutory cancellation right does apply, we will not reject a return solely because a seal has been opened unless the relevant legal exception or other lawful basis applies.

6.3.4. If a customer has worn, installed, cut, coloured, washed or otherwise altered a unit, this may affect eligibility for a change-of-mind return or the amount refundable where the law permits. It does not automatically remove rights relating to goods that are faulty or not as described.

6.4. Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders

6.4.1. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or materially different from the product ordered, contact us at contact.sevenhair@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible.

6.4.2. Please provide your order number and a clear description of the issue. Photographs or videos of the product, packaging and any visible damage may help us assess the claim more quickly.

6.4.3. We may request reasonable evidence to establish the nature of the problem. Customers should not be required to provide evidence that is unreasonable or used to obstruct a valid statutory claim.

6.4.4. Where an item is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet the required legal standards, the customer may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy under applicable law.

6.4.5. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer legislation.

6.5. Refund processing

6.5.1. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method unless another method is agreed or legally required.

6.5.2. Where a statutory cancellation applies, refunds will be processed within the legal deadline. For ordinary online goods cancellations, this is generally within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever happens first.

6.5.3. We will confirm the outcome of a refund request in writing where reasonably practicable.

6.5.4. Customers must contact Seven Hair at contact.sevenhair@gmail.com and obtain written return instructions before sending any product back to us. Unauthorised returns may be refused or returned to the sender where legally permitted. The customer must not assume that sending a product back automatically constitutes an approved return or guarantees a refund. This requirement does not restrict any statutory cancellation, return or refund rights available to the customer under applicable law.

6.5.5. Customers must not send products to an address that has not been confirmed by Seven Hair in writing. Please contact us before returning any item to obtain the correct return address and instructions.

7. Payment Terms and Payment Security

7.1. All prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website. Applicable delivery charges and other mandatory charges will be displayed before the customer completes checkout.

7.2. Payment must be successfully authorised and received before an order proceeds, unless we have expressly agreed to another payment arrangement.

7.3. Customers must use a payment method they are authorised to use and must provide accurate billing and contact information.

7.4. We may conduct reasonable checks or request further information where an order raises legitimate concerns about payment security or possible fraud.

7.5. If a payment is declined, reversed or remains unconfirmed, we may pause fulfilment until the payment issue is resolved. Any cancellation or refund will be handled in accordance with the contract and applicable law.

7.6. Customers should contact Seven Hair promptly if they believe they have been charged incorrectly or have a genuine concern about an order. We will investigate billing concerns in good faith.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

8.1. We understand that customers may occasionally experience genuine payment or delivery problems. We encourage customers to contact Seven Hair first so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue promptly.

8.2. Before raising a payment dispute, customers are encouraged to contact us at contact.sevenhair@gmail.com with their order number and a clear explanation of the problem. We aim to acknowledge and address enquiries within 24-48 hours.

8.3. If a customer believes a payment was unauthorised, duplicated or incorrect, they should contact their bank or payment provider as appropriate. Nothing in this policy prevents a customer from exercising that right.

8.4. Where a payment dispute or chargeback is raised, Seven Hair may submit relevant and accurate evidence to the payment provider or card issuer, including:

  • The order confirmation and order number.
  • The product listing and specifications applicable when the order was placed.
  • The customer’s recorded order selections and any written approvals.
  • The applicable Terms & Conditions and evidence that they were made available before purchase.
  • Payment, production, quality-control and dispatch records.
  • Tracking information, carrier correspondence and delivery evidence.
  • Relevant customer communications and any agreed resolution.

8.5. We will respond to payment disputes honestly and through the applicable payment-provider process. We will not knowingly submit false evidence or misrepresent the status of an order.

8.6. Customers remain responsible for payments legitimately due under their contract. However, we will not treat every chargeback as fraudulent or penalise a customer merely for raising a genuine dispute.

8.7. Where a customer has a complaint about an order, we may continue to offer a reasonable resolution while a dispute is being reviewed, where appropriate.

8.8. These Terms & Conditions do not restrict any rights a customer may have through their bank, card issuer, payment provider or under applicable law.

9. Quality Control and Order Records

9.1. Each unit is subject to the applicable quality-control process before dispatch. THIS PROCESS WILL NOT BE SKIPPED TO “FAST-TRACK” AN ORDER.

9.2. We may maintain order records, product photographs, quality-control records, dispatch confirmations, tracking details and customer communications for legitimate business, customer-service, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes.

9.3. Where a customer reports a problem, these records may be used to investigate the complaint and determine an appropriate resolution.

9.4. Quality-control checks do not guarantee that a product can never develop a fault, and they do not remove the customer’s statutory rights.

10. Product Care and Customer Responsibility

10.1. Customers are responsible for following reasonable product-care instructions provided with their unit.

10.2. Hair texture, curl definition, longevity, shedding, tangling and overall appearance may be affected by maintenance, styling, washing, heat, chemical treatments, installation methods and environmental conditions.

10.3. We cannot guarantee a particular lifespan or result where this depends on individual care, handling or external factors that are outside our control.

10.4. A problem caused by misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorised alterations or accidental damage may not qualify as a product fault. Each complaint will be assessed on its circumstances and applicable legal rights.

10.5. This section does not exclude responsibility for a fault that existed on delivery or for any other breach for which Seven Hair is legally responsible.

11. Complaints and Customer Service

11.1. If you have a concern about your order, please contact contact.sevenhair@gmail.com and include your order number.

11.2. Please describe the issue clearly and provide any relevant supporting information so that we can investigate.

11.3. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48-72 hours and provide an update or proposed resolution within 72 hours+ , where reasonably practicable.

11.4. Some complaints may require additional investigation, including enquiries with a supplier or delivery carrier. If so, we will aim to keep the customer informed.

11.5. We will assess complaints fairly and will not refuse a valid claim simply because a customer has expressed dissatisfaction or contacted their payment provider.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

12.2. In particular, nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits a customer’s statutory rights or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12.3. Subject to clause 12.2, Seven Hair is responsible for losses that are a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to exercise the care required by law.

12.4. We are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable, or for losses arising from a customer’s misuse of a product, failure to follow reasonable care instructions, or unauthorised alterations, where the law permits that limitation.

12.5. We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, subject to our obligations under consumer law and any applicable rights to cancellation or refund.

12.6. Nothing in this section is intended to exclude any remedy available to a customer where a product is faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose where required by law, or not delivered in accordance with the contract.

13. Privacy and Personal Information

13.1. We collect and use personal information necessary to process orders, arrange delivery, communicate with customers, prevent fraud and manage complaints or payment disputes.

13.2. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

13.3. Where appropriate, relevant order information may be shared with payment providers, delivery carriers, suppliers or professional advisers for legitimate purposes connected with fulfilling orders, preventing fraud or resolving disputes.

13.4. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for further information about the personal data we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it and the rights available to you.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1. Seven Hair may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business, products, processes or legal obligations.

14.2. The version published on our website will identify when it was last updated.

14.3. Updated terms will generally apply to orders placed after the updated version becomes effective. Unless required or permitted by law, changes will not retrospectively alter the terms of an order already accepted.

15. Severability

15.1. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court or other competent authority, that provision will be treated as modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, where legally permitted.

15.2. If it cannot be modified, the affected provision will be severed from these Terms & Conditions.

15.3. The remaining provisions will continue in force to the extent that they remain valid and enforceable.

15.4. This section does not permit Seven Hair to enforce a provision that is unlawful or unfair to a consumer.

16. No Waiver

16.1. If Seven Hair does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms & Conditions, this does not mean that we have permanently waived our right to enforce it later.

16.2. Any waiver must be consistent with applicable law and does not remove any rights that a customer cannot legally waive.

17. Third-Party Services

17.1. Our website may use third-party services for payment processing, delivery tracking, website hosting or other operational purposes.

17.2. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Seven Hair is not responsible for matters outside our control, but this does not remove our contractual or statutory obligations to the customer.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

18.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules require otherwise.

18.2. If you are a consumer living in another part of the United Kingdom or another country, you may also benefit from mandatory legal protections and rights available in your place of residence.

18.3. Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from bringing a claim before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

19. Entire Agreement

19.1. These Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable product listing, checkout information, order confirmation and any specific written agreement between Seven Hair and the customer, form the terms governing the relevant purchase.

19.2. If there is a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a customer’s mandatory statutory rights, the statutory rights will prevail.

19.3. Any specific promise or representation made by Seven Hair about a product or order will be considered in accordance with applicable law.
